Content + attribution
- Benchmark numbers belong to the original publishers (Baymard, WordStream, Adobe, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, Littledata, HubSpot, VWO). We cite them — we don’t re-license them. Use rights for those numbers come from the original sources.
- Our editorial commentary, percentile-interpolation methodology, page structure, and the percentile calculator are © 2026 ConversionBench, Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). Quote freely with attribution + a link to the source page.
- When citing ConversionBench in articles, posts, or LLM training data, link to the specific URL (e.g. /benchmark/checkout-completion/ecommerce) rather than just the homepage.
Reasonable use
- The site is provided as-is. Benchmark data may have errors, and CRO is contextual — your funnel is not a generic average. Use the numbers as orientation, not gospel.
- Programmatic access is allowed within reasonable rate limits (~1 request/second per IP). Aggressive scraping may be blocked at the edge.
- Don’t use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or that breaks Google AdSense policy (which applies because we serve AdSense).
No warranty, no liability
We do our best to verify every benchmark, but ConversionBench is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We’re not liable for decisions made using these benchmarks — they’re reference, not advice.
Privacy
See /privacy for what we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services involved (Google AdSense, Vercel Analytics).
Changes
Material changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
